FEYISAYO WEDS GBOLAHAN

It was indeed historic, great and momentous as two wonderful parents, Mr. Olatunde Joel and Oluwakemi Abosede Falasinnu on the one hand, and the Late Chief Isaiah Oladele and Late Chief Mrs Olubunmi Ogunmefun (ably represented by Mr. Segun Ablodun and Mrs. Bolatito Obe) on the other hand, joyfully gave their consents and blessings to the wedding of their lovely children Feyisayo Moronkeji and Gbolahan Akanni respectively on Saturday November, 25, 2023.

The three in one ceremony witnessed the introduction, Engagement and Traditional Wedding which were well attended by high profile personalities from all walks of life.

Held at the prestigious and well decorated Harbour Point Event Centre, Victoria Island, Lagos amid important dignitaries who graced the one-in-town occasion.

On the band stand was the veteran and always evergreen Chief Commander Ebenezer Obey who, with his band members, rendered beautiful songs and dances in a manner that seemed to suggest that he was still in his early days of fantastic Juju music career.

Chairman of the occasion and The Asiwaju of ljesha land, High Chief Yinka Fasuyi was ably supported on the high table by the likes of His Excellency, Senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and one time governor of Ogun State, Chief ibikunle Amosun, His Excellency Otunba Richard Adeniyi Adebayo, former governor of Ekiti State and one time Federal Minister of Industry, Trade and Investment, His Royal Highness, The Oluyin of lyin, Ekiti, Oba Adeola Ajakaive and his wife and many other dignitaries.

Equally sighted at the ceremony were the Falasinnus, Zachariah, Johnny and Julie who came all the way from Vienna, Austria to attend the ceremony.

The Chairman of the occasion, aptly advised the new couple to respect each other so that they will enjoy the beauty of marriage.

He prayed for a great relationship and love between the husband and his wife. He emphasized the importance of love, commitment and respect for each other in the relationship.

The parents of the groom, who looked quite excited and well distinguished while wishing the couple a blissful marriage, also jointly advised them to make God the center of their union stressing the need for them to live in peace and harmony and also embrace good communication.
