The private residence of the late immediate past Deputy Governor of Ekiti State Chief Bisi Egbeyemi on Friday witnessed an unprecedented crowd of Ado indigenes including his political associates, top government functionaries and members of his immediate family.

Earlier in the day, the two roads leading to the GRA residence of the late Egbeyemi in Ado Ekiti were cordoned off by Security operatives to forestall any traffic gridlock and as a mark of respect for the Ado Ekiti born seasoned politician.
One of the high points of the colourful event was the prayers for the repose of the deceased conducted by the Anglican Church Ekiti diocese during the service.
The presiding minister paid a glowing tribute to the late Egbeyemi as an outstanding community leader, astute politician and elder statesman who had served Ekiti in various capacities in his life time urging people to emulate the deceased life of selflessness.
