The Governor of Ekiti State, Mr Biodun Oyebanjis yesterday took the visiting Minister of Aviation and Aerospace Development, Mr. Festus Keyamo (SAN) on tour of facilities at Ekiti Agro- Allied International Cargo Airport, Ado Ekiti.
At the end of the exercise, the Minister declared that the airport is 99.5 percent ready for commercial operations. Governor Oyebanji who lauded the vision of the immediate past Governor of the State, Dr Kayode Fayemi for embarking on the airport project, also thanked President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Aare Afe Babalola (SAN) and the Aviation Minister, for their support which have contributed largely in making the project a reality.
