Tragedy struck on Saturday along the busy Ado-Iworoko road as a middle aged man, Ben Ayeniko Dotun reportedly lost his life in a lone road crash between Ado and Iworoko Ekiti.
The deceased who until the unfortunate incident, was a staff of the National Youth Service Corps, NYSC, Ekiti State was returning from the wedding of a colleague in Aare Ekiti, Irepodun Irepodun Local Government area on when the incident happened.
Eyewitness account told our correspondent that the deceased who drove in his car with two occupants ran into a deep bump on the road and lost control of the vehicle.
It was gathered that the NYSC staff who was recently deployed to Ekiti jumped out of the car on motion head long and hit a stone where he sustained head injuries.
The two other occupants however escaped unhurt while the deceased corpse has been deposited in the morgue
