All TeamEkiti representatives in table tennis have qualified to the next round.
Kolade Bright (Ekiti) defeated her counterpart from Abia 7-2, 4-7, 7-3.
Okaraga Idowu also won her match in the female category and Elias Akeem maintained the winning spirit by defeating his opponent from Ebonyi 7-4, 5-7, 7-1 in the male category.
Boxing (Male & Female)
Team Ekiti automatically advanced to the next round and a win tomorrow (Monday) will take them to the semi-finals.
Handball (Female) Ekiti 21-5 Bauchi.
Ekiti female handball defeated their female counterpart in Group A. They will face Imo tomorrow morning and a win will grant them a spot in the quarter finals.
