POLICE BEGIN MANHUNT FOR MISSING 35-YEAR-OLD EKITI CYCLIST

The Ekiti State Police Command says it has begun an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the missing 35-year-old cyclist, Hussain Ndagi, in the state.

The Police Relations Officer, Ekiti State Police Command, Sunday Abutu, said that Ndagi, a resident of the Oke-Bola area of Ado Ekiti, had been missing since July 31.

Abutu said in a statement on Tuesday titled, ‘Missing person’ that “Ndagi of Oke-Bola Area of Ado Ekiti left home to an unknown destination with his red Bajaj motorcycle on July 31, 2024, at about 6 am and never returned. Since then, all efforts made to know his whereabouts proved abortive.

“He is 35 years old, dark in complexion, 5.7 feet tall, speaks Nupe and English languages fluently and has no tribal mark.

“While the command has commenced investigation to know his whereabouts, anyone with useful information concerning his present location should kindly contact the nearest police station or call 09064050089 and/or 09060373737,” the police spokesperson said.
