In fulfillment of his promises to the people of Ekiti State especially the physically challenged His Excellency, Mr Biodun Oyebanji the Executive Governor of Ekiti State has donated buses to the three Government Special Schools in the State.
In her address at the presentation of the vehicles, the Special Adviser on Special Education and Social Inclusion in the State, Mrs Adetoun Agboola who represented the Governor said the gesture by Mr Governor to do this was borne out of his compassion towards ensuring the well – being of students with disabilities in the State.
She said further that the Governor promised to always ensure that these special students are not neglected and willing to re- ignite their sense of belonging and confidence in the society by making sure that State Government meets their demands.
