Chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and Special Adviser to Governor Biodun Oyebanji on Political Matters has expressed shock at the sudden demise of Barr. Paul Omotoso the Chairman of the party in Ekiti State.
The politician, who was a member of the high powered government delegates and party bigwigs on a condolence visit to the country home of the late Party Chairman at Imesi Ekiti said the sad news was too shocken to comprehend.
In a chat with our correspondent Chief Jide Awe, who was formerly the Chairman of the party during the ACN days described the loss as monumental.
“His death came to some of us as a rude shock as I speak because it was least expected. I would say it came without notice”
“Our party Chairman died in action, he died in active service for the party after serving the party meritoriously. He will be sorely missed even as I’m yet to comprehend his passing. My prayer is that God should grant the repose of his gentle soul and grant his immediate family and the entire APC family in the state the fortitude to bear this monumental loss”
