The doors of Ekiti State Government House Hospital were opened to all the players and officials of Ekiti United FC on Tuesday for their medicals.
The medicals to ascertain the state of the players health went well as all players passed while the medical personnel advised them on importance of healthy lifestyle.
The medical check up was made compulsory by the NNL Management prior to the commencement of the League.
In a similar vein, all the players of the State owned football club have been insured by the governor of Ekiti State, Mr Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji (BAO) .
The step was a further proof of the governor’s commitment to the wellbeing of the people as the players are looking forward to an improved welfare packages when the league kicks off on October 28.
