The corpse of a middle aged man, simply identified as Sunday was discovered on Friday inside a river close to a popular sawmill in Basiri area of Ado Ekiti.
Eyewitnesses said the deceased until his death was working in the sawmill as a labourer helping people to load planks.
Facts about how he got to the river were sketchy as at time of filing this report
Sympathizers at the scene were also left in the dark as to the cause of the death.
His death has become a mystery which is yet to be unraveled.
As at the time of this report, the family of the deceased has evacuated the corpse for burial
