..Engages Communities on 2025 Budget Preparation

The Chairman, Ado North LCDA, Hon. Olatokunbo Gbadamosi has complimented Governor Biodun Oyebanji’s efforts towards improved security and safety of individuals in her domain.
This was, as she presented various security interventions materials to security operatives in the area on Wednesday while restating her commitment to enhancing community safety and participatory governance.
At a well attended ceremony held at the Council’s Temporary Secretariat, Okeila, Ado Ekiti, Hon. Gbadamosi, distributed essential equipment such as motorcycles, wooden and plastic chairs and tables.
Others include: laptops, printer, and tyres to security outfits operating in the area.
In a related development, She hosted a community engagement forum, providing a platform for citizens to contribute to year 2025 budget preparation.
According to the LG boss, the initiative was to create an inclusive approach, ensuring that fiscal policies reflect the need and priority of the people.
Hon. Gbadamosi, seized the occasion to congratulate the Ekiti State Governor, HE, Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji, on his sterling two years in office,and solicited the support of the people for his administration.
She also commended the Governor for creating the enabling environment, facilitating numerous development projects and initiatives across the LCDA.
Goodwill messages were presented by the Chairman of Ado LG, Hon. Bosun Osaloni, Chairman of Ado Central LCDA, Hon. Eng.Toyin Ojo, Chairman Ado West LCDA, Hon. Prince Bolu Aladesanmi, the APC Chairman Ado LG, Ch.Mike Akinleye, High Chief Albert Obayemi, the Alarinerin of Ado Ekiti and an elderstateman, Chief Falayi.
Also, present were Community leaders, market women, youth groups, people with special needs, transporters and top local council functionaries.
