The National Forum of Former Legislators (NFFL) Ekiti State Chapter has congratulated the Ekiti State Governor, Mr. Biodun Abayomi on his victory at the Abuja Federal High Court.
The Forum in a congratulatory letter signed by its Ekiti State General Coordinator, Hon. Dr. Ife Arowosoge on Thursday described the victory as ‘well deserved’.
The statement reads; “The National Forum of Former Legislators NFFL, Ekiti Chapter, heartily congratulates His Excellency, Governor Biodun Abayomi on his well deserved victory at the Abuja High Court.
“This judgement is a validation of the strength of our judiciary and its commitment to the rule of law which reinforces public confidence in our democratic institutions.
“As the June 20 election approaches, we wish his Excellency continued success, wisdom and strength in the pursuit of peace, progress and good governance for the people of Ekiti State.
“We also call on all aggrieved parties to sheath their swords and embrace unity. In the spirit of democracy and for the overall development of Ekiti State, cooperation with the Governor is essential. Together we can build a more prosperous and harmonious Ekiti”
