
Office of 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 Communications Ekiti State, has scored another major milestone in its bid to promote genuine interface between the government and the grassroots through strategic engagement and feedback mechanism with the people of Ekiti State.
At the end of the two-day stakeholders meeting held at Lady Jibowu Hall, Governor’s Office, many residents of Ado Ekiti, reputed to be the most populous Local Government area in the State left with a better understanding of the development drive of Governor Biodun Oyebanji-led administration in their various communities.

Indeed, the four Local Governments within Ado metropolis with their chairmen were on ground to give account of their stewardship before their subjects comprising the landlords and key stakeholders in their domains.
Also in attendance were top government functionaries, technocrats and advisers who addressed issues of concerns, requests and recommendations as they come from the audience.

These include, the Chairman of Ado West LCDA, Ado Central LCDA, Engr Toyin Ojo, Ado Local Government Chairman, Chief Bosun Osaloni and Hon. Olatokunbo Gbadamosi, Chairman Ado North LCDA.
Others are; TA on Electricity, Engr Stereo, TA on Road Infrastructure, Engr Tope Fatukasi, DG Homeland and Intelligence Agency, Dr Dotun Adetuberu, PS Ministry of Works and GM Ekiti State Electricity Board amongst others.
The two-day brainstorming session slated for Thursday and Friday was a huge success as the Lady Jibowu Hall witnessed one of the largest audience in recent time a clear indication of people’s sentimental attachment to the Governor.

Most of the issues discussed bothered on basic communal amenities such as transformers, good road networks and security which expectedly addressed by the various government representatives at the event.
The session also engaged leadership of the Estate, Rent and Commission Agents Association of Nigeria (ERCAAN), Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors who attended all sessions and made meaningful contributions to building a sustainable system that works for all.
Mrs Mary Oso Omotoso, DG Office of Community Communications was commended for creating the avenue for such interface by various speakers at the event.

As the sessions come to a close on Friday evening, not a few were quick to pass a vote of confidence on Governor Biodun Oyebanji for making constant engagement, communication and dialogue with Ekiti people a defining characteristic of his administration.
